My vibrant approach encourages clients to push their mental and physical limits, fostering a deep sense of self-awareness and a newfound passion for yoga. Having meditated alongside Burmese monks and delved into the Vipassana teachings during 10 days of silent introspection, I bring practical hands-on experience that enriches my teachings.
